Please review the job postings and apply only to those positions you are most interested in and feel you are best qualified for. Please take your time and complete the application as thoroughly as possible. You will only need to complete the application once. The system will allow you to make changes and update your applicant profile or apply to additional positions simply by logging back into the system.
RETURNING TO THE SYSTEM
To re-enter the system, at the top of the screen it will ask you "if you are a returning applicant... please log in here". Click the blue "log in here" space and you will be asked to provide the following information: your name, your pin number, your ZIP Code, and system-prompted validation numbers. If you applied before July 29, 2011, you will not have a pin number. Click on the "forgot password" and the system will send a pin number to the e-mail provided when you first apply. Retrieve your pin number and log in as a returning applicant. You will be directed to the Applicant Profile screen. Further instructions about how to proceed and update your profile or apply to more jobs will be provided.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING BEFORE STARTING THE APPLICATION:
- The system will time out after 40 minutes. This should be more than enough time to complete your application. However, the system does not allow you to save your work and return. You will want to have all of your information available when you start the application process. We recommend you have at least 15 minutes to complete the majority of the application, it may take longer depending on how much information you need to complete. Certain fields are required in order to submit your application successfully (Personal Information, Criminal Background Information Acknowledgment, Education, References, and Final Acknowledgment and Signature). Any required fields are marked with an asterisk(*).
- TAB through the application; do not use the 'enter' key.
- Fields that require dates should be formatted as ##-##-#### (month, day, year)
- The system will check for errors before submitting the application; any errors will be indicated in red in each section.
- When you finish click on "review application". This will take you to a summary screen in which you can make changes or add information. After reviewing you must "submit" your application, the system will display a "Successful Submission" message. If you would like to receive a confirmation e-mail, please provide an e-mail address.
